Recording stops automatically at the limit, so nobody loses a message to a forgotten tab.
Consent
Shown before recording starts, never after. Recordings are personal data — say plainly what happens to them and that they can be deleted.
Appearance
The tab is far less intrusive. Opening automatically gets more responses and more annoyance — pair it with a generous frequency cap.
Which pages
Path globs, comma-separated.
/docs/** matches everything under /docs; * stops at a slash. Empty means every page.Exclusions win over inclusions.
When to show
Date and time
All optional, and read in the visitor’s own timezone — “9 to 5” means their working day, not yours.
None selected means every day.
An end before the start reads as overnight, e.g. 22:00 → 06:59.
